日本現展東京國立新美術館與台灣藝術家策展分析
「82回現展」日本全國規模最大級的現代藝術展在2026年5月27日於日本最頂級的國立新美術館舉行。
現代美術家協會與「現展」的由來：
日本現代美術家協會是成立於1948年的藝術組織，約有400名專業藝術家，為日本最大最現代的藝術展與組織。每年5月至6月，我們都會在日本東京國立新美術館（東京六本木、乃木坂）舉辦名為「現展」（Gente）的現代藝術公開展，展出作品超過500件會員作品以及通過審查的作品，約莫將近1,000件，並且不分國籍、種族與性別。「現展」（Gente）除了在關西和名古屋巡迴展覽外，還在日本與海外總共有19個分會舉辦展覽。
日本現展的理念：
「不迎合權威，愛和平與自由，與時俱進的同時，尊重彼此的個性；
始終堅持學習，透過新的藝術創作，探索真正的人文精神，現展是一群這樣的藝術家。」

國立新美術館（東京都六本木、乃木坂）舉辦展覽，日本國立新美術館為日本最高等級的國立美術館，與紐約MOMA、大都會博物館、法國大皇宮、英國泰特美術館、北京中國美術館皆屬同等級之國際美術館，其空間尺度與象徵性常被視為日本當代藝術的重要門戶。

One of the Largest Contemporary Art Exhibitions in Japan The “82nd Genten Exhibition,” one of the largest contemporary art exhibitions in Japan, will be held on May 27, 2026, at The National Art Center, Tokyo—one of the country’s most prestigious art institutions.
About the Modern Artists Association and the Origin of “Genten” The Modern Artists Association of Japan was established in 1948 and consists of approximately 400 professional artists. It is one of the largest and most contemporary art organizations in Japan.
Every year from May to June, the association holds an open-call contemporary art exhibition called “Genten” at The National Art Center, Tokyo (Roppongi / Nogizaka). The exhibition features more than 500 works by members, along with selected works that have passed jury review, bringing the total number of exhibited works to nearly 1,000. Participation is open to all, regardless of nationality, race, or gender.
In addition to touring exhibitions in Kansai and Nagoya, “Genten” is also held through 19 branches across Japan and overseas.
Philosophy of Genten
“Without conforming to authority, we cherish peace and freedom. While keeping pace with the times, we respect each individual’s uniqueness. We continue to learn and, through new artistic creations, pursue the true spirit of humanity— Genten is a collective of such artists.”
About the Venue The exhibition is held at The National Art Center, Tokyo (Roppongi / Nogizaka), one of Japan’s highest-ranking national museums. It stands alongside leading international art institutions such as MoMA and The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Grand Palais in France, Tate galleries in the UK, and the National Art Museum of China in Beijing. Its architectural scale and symbolic significance position it as a major gateway to contemporary art in Japan.

日本全国最大級の現代美術展 「第82回 現展」は、2026年5月27日より、日本を代表する国立美術館である国立新美術館にて開催されます。
現代美術家協会および「現展」の由来 現代美術家協会は1948年に設立された美術団体であり、約400名のプロフェッショナルな美術家によって構成されています。日本最大級かつ最も現代的な美術団体の一つです。
毎年5月から6月にかけて、東京・国立新美術館（六本木・乃木坂）にて、公募形式の現代美術展「現展」を開催しています。会員作品500点以上に加え、審査を通過した作品を含め、展示作品数はおよそ1,000点にのぼります。国籍・人種・性別を問わず参加可能です。
また「現展」は関西および名古屋での巡回展に加え、日本国内外にある19の支部においても開催されています。

開催会場について 本展は、日本最高峰の国立美術館である国立新美術館（東京都六本木・乃木坂）にて開催されます。国立新美術館は、ニューヨーク近代美術館（MoMA）、メトロポリタン美術館、フランスのグラン・パレ、英国のテート美術館、北京の中国美術館などと並ぶ国際的な美術館と同等の位置づけにあり、その空間規模と象徴性から日本の現代美術の重要な発信拠点とされています。
